Returns
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
We want you to be completely overjoyed with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
After you notify us, your return must be received by us within 14 days. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the return and then arrange your refund.
To arrange a return, please email us at cs@afacollective.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Important:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer returns or refunds on:
- Fashion face masks
- Headwear (including but not limited to fascinators, hats, caps, headbands)
- Pierced jewellery
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
Unless the item is faulty.
Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?
Yes! For UK orders, we offer a free exchange service for an alternative item.
Please email cs@afacollective.com to arrange your exchange.
When will I be refunded?
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control.
Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of payment.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
What if my goods are faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we can offer either a replacement or a refund.

Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post, so please keep your proof of postage safe.
