WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Obviously we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new purchase. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us within 14 days of receiving them by following the procedure outlined below.
We offer free returns on goods purchased within 14 days of receipt, all you have to do is click the link below and print off your label.
Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number to help us process the return quickly. If there is no information inside the package this can delay the returns process.
Goods that are sent back us should be done so in their original, resalable condition, and will be inspected upon receipt.
CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?
Yes, for orders within the UK we offer a free exchange service for an alternate size if the fit wasn't perfect for you.
Regrettably we are not able to offer exchanges on international orders.
WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control. Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of payment.
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will be happy to refund you in full. Please follow the same procedure as above.

Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss of items in the post, so please keep your proof of postage safe, just in case
